Coach Bio: Coach Jake Klavens enters his second season as head girls swim coach at Brookfield Academy. Prior to BA, Jake was the head boys swim coach from 2017 to 2021 at Washington Township High School in New Jersey. Under his leadership, his teams advanced to the Team state championship three years in a row.

Brookfield Academy plays an entirely independent schedule consisting primarily of invitationals on the weekend.

Practice Location: Students will practice three times per week at Brookfield Central or Brookfield East. Due to limited pool availability, practice times occur in the mornings before school begins.
Uniform Information: Each participant will purchase a swimsuit to be worn at tournaments and invitationals. The uniform will not be returned at the end of the season. The school will provide each swimmer with a swim cap.
Equipment needed: Swimsuit for Practice and Invitationals.
