Dinner Auction

The proceeds of the Dinner Auction will go to fund the furniture, equipment, and multi-media needs of the new BA Fitness and Economics Centers.

How Can I Participate?

Volunteers organize Brookfield Academy's largest friend and fundraising event, Knight at the Museum. Volunteers solicit auction book advertising and auction items, sell admission and raffle tickets, and assist the day of the Auction with set-up, supervising on-site games, among other activities.  
NEW! Payments for Candygrams, Level Basket donations, and Raffle Tickets can be made online. Please download and submit all forms to the Advancement Office or Division Office.

Candygram

The BA Dinner Auction Committee would be delighted to deliver a sweet treat and secret message as a sign of your love to someone special – a student, faculty, staff, or friend! Cost per candygram is $25.

Level Baskets

The Dinner Auction will feature 13 Level Theme Baskets in the Silent Online Auction. A fun BA tradition, put together by Level Leaders. Support the Dinner Auction by donating to your child’s Level Basket. Any amount large or small is truly appreciated.

Raffle Tickets

Get your raffle tickets now! Grand Prize: $5,000 CASH, 2nd Prize: $1,500 CASH, 3rd Prize: $500 CASH! Need not be present to win.

The Auction Committee is currently accepting sponsorship donations to help underwrite the cost of the dinner, appetizers, centerpieces, entertainment, and much more.
