Welcome to Brookfield Academy's Summer Days, where a myriad of opportunities allow young people to learn, play, discover, stretch their minds, and grow.

It's never too early to start planning for summer!
Our summer program draws from the school's quality teaching staff, safe environment, and beautiful campus facilities. Other individuals who are part of the program are enthusiastic teachers from wonderful outside organizations. They are excited about their partnership with Brookfield Academy, and are prepared to offer you an enjoyable and memorable summer experience. This is an ideal time to experience the Academy's teaching style, philosophy, and energy.

  • Summer Days

    Classes and camps for grades K4-12.

    Summer Days is a great way to keep learning going over the summer both in and out of the classroom. This summer is packed with opportunities for students of all ages. Brookfield Academy staff members and enthusiastic teachers from great outside organizations are excited to offer you an enjoyable and memorable summer experience.

    Summer Days offers a weekly themed Discovery Camp for young children, athletic clinics, arts, music, enrichment, and academic classes on BA's beautiful campus. 

    Before- and after-care is available.
  • Academics

    Brush up on writing, grammar, math, science, reading, and technology. Learn about economics, financial literacy, and law, or write solid college application essays. Come to be immersed in a high-level educational environment. There is no end to the learning!
  • Athletics

    Summer Days sports camps make full use of Brookfield Academy's first-class athletic facilities.

    Campers may choose from outdoor sports in baseball, field hockey, golf, pickleball, soccer, softball, and tennis. Or, they may participate in an indoor camp such as basketball, table tennis, and volleyball. National professional sports teams provide camps on BA's campus, such as the Milwaukee Brewers and Bucks. Brookfield Academy welcomes highly qualified collegiate coaches and other staff members during our NIKE Tennis Camps in two, one-week sessions.

    Learn a new sport or develop your skills, led by experienced coaches and players. Every camper receives individual attention. Campers are grouped by age and ability to learn appropriate drills, skills, and techniques.
  • Build-A-Day

    9:00 am - 3:30 pm 

    Summer Days is a flexible program designed for students entering K5-8, featuring a full slate of enrichment, sports, academic, and recreational choices. Attend all day or half a day. See a catalog for class and camp details.
  • Discovery Camp

    For Students Entering K4 & K5

    Start your child’s educational journey with confidence. Attend Brookfield Academy’s Discovery Camp where enrichment, exploration, and physical activity come together in a fun, caring and engaging environment. Discovery Camp is open to children who are entering K4 and K5.

    Goals for Discovery Camp:

    • Build familiarity with school routines
    • Promote healthy bodies and active play
    • Cultivate emotional awareness 
    • Instill confidence

    • PM Session
    • All Day Option—morning and afternoon sessions both explore the weekly theme, with different experiences, stories, and activities, so students staying all day enjoy fresh fun from start to finish.

  • Before- and After-Care

    7:45 am - 9:00 am 
    3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

    The Narnia program extends the day for children entering K4-8 requiring care before or after Summer Days offerings. The summer Narnia program is available from 7:45 am until 9:00 am and then again from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm.
  • Enrichment Courses

    The sky's the limit at Summer Days! Explore a hobby, learn a language, join a book club, make some art, learn to sew, play fun games, improve technology skills, explore the culture of another country, become a scientist, detective, go on field trips, or learn how to do something you have never tried before. 
  • Fine Arts

    Touch your creative side in classes of theatrical components, dancing, technology, and different art disciplines.
  • Summer Days Assistants

    Working at Summer Days is fun and looks great on college applications. Both volunteer and paid positions are available for this summer. In order to apply, you must be a BA student or alum. Boys and girls who are rising to Level 9 and are at least 14 years old on June 1, 2026, may apply to volunteer. Students rising to Level 10 and above, who are at least 14 years old by June 1, may apply for paid positions. Interviews will be conducted after Spring Break. The printed Summer Days catalog provides an excellent overview and guide to Summer Days. Should changes to classes or schedules be required, the online catalog you find on this page will be updated and is the best place to find the most current information.
