Brookfield Academy 50th Reunion

Alumni Update - Joseph Trad

Graduation Year: 1967 A.B.E.
College: Boston College
Career: After college, I worked for our family’s business, Trad Carpets. After three years, I left to go to law school at Saint Louis University. I graduated in 1982 and began with the St. Louis law firm of Lewis Rice, where I remain today.
Where have you lived: Elm Grove, Milwaukee, St. Louis
Had I stayed, I would have been part of the Class of 1971, the first class to graduate Brookfield Academy. Instead, I attended Campion Jesuit High School in Prairie du Chien, WI. I moved to St. Louis in 1979 where I raised a family with my wife of now 37 years. I’ve returned “home” many time over the years and I’ve often driven by campus. It’s neat to see that the old house, which holds so many memories for me, still stands.

My wife and I are hunters having harvested birds and animals both in the United States and abroad. I have been involved in numerous sporting clays events for charity.
