Primary School 3K Aide (Full-Time) - 2026-27 School Year
Brookfield Academy, a private, independent, college preparatory day school, is seeking a full-time Primary School 3K Aide for the 2026-27 school year.
The 3K Aide provides instructional, supervisory, and operational support within the early childhood program. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young students. The Aide collaborates closely with lead teachers and staff to ensure effective classroom functioning and consistent student supervision throughout the school day.

Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively supervise and engage young students in a structured environment
- Demonstrated ability to assume classroom leadership responsibilities when needed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to actively supervise young children in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a classroom environment
