- Recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of program staff, as well as coordination of substitutes when needed
- Implementation and communication of policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise Upper School student workers to assist program staff
- Create and maintain contracts with enrichment program vendors
- Work with Administration to implement crisis management and behavior management protocols
- Ensure all programs are high-quality, creative, and safe for all participants
- Ensure student safety, maintain order, and enforce rules consistently
- Stay attentive and punctual
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Assist injured students and communicate disciplinary concerns to teachers and administrators
