Dr. Sheil Shukla '11

Last month, Dr. Sheil Shukla '11 was featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for a cookbook he recently published. "Plant-Based India: Nourishing Recipes Rooted in Tradition" shares plant-based recipes. However, what makes it more than a cookbook is that Shukla shares a story. The beginning of the cookbook talks about his experience and why "plant-based" is the term he prefers when in the kitchen.
