BA seniors Zoe Simaras and Zanna Hughes have taken Reserve Champion at the Wisconsin Interscholastic Horse Association (WIHA) District 1 Regional competition held at Walworth County Fairgrounds, September 23-25. The girls qualified to move on to State competition at the Alliant Center in Madison October 28-30.

The event included school equestrian teams from southeastern Wisconsin. They competed in a series of standardized classes consisting of Western, English & Saddle Seat Showmanship (showing a pattern in hand), Equitation (showing in a riding pattern), and speed events (barrels, poles, etc.).
