Students Win Writing Awards
Congratulations! Scholastic Writing Awards-Wisconsin has recognized six Upper School students who earned more than 20 awards in all. L to R: Mishaal Omer, Gold Key, Silver Key (Poetry); Ziyan Wu, Gold Key (Memoir); Serena Suson, three Gold Keys (Script, Poetry, Memoir), two Silver Keys (Short Story, Poetry), Honorable Mention (Poetry) and special regional nomination; Emmalyn Bergman, Gold Key (Short Story); Leah Johnson, five Gold Keys (Poetry), two Silver Keys (Poetry), Honorable Mention (Memoir); and Ruthie Yu, Gold Key (Flash Fiction), and two Silver Keys (Science Fiction/Fantasy, Short Story). Gold Key works move on to the national competition.
