Start Date: Week of November 6
Typical Season Length: 14 weeks (including holiday breaks)
Typical Practice Schedule: Teams will practice twice a week, Monday through Friday. Teams practice schedules will be determined by the number of teams, coaches, and Athletic Department. Times will typically either be 3:30-5:00 pm or 5:15-6:45 pm, or may be different depending on the number of teams or coach availability.
Game Schedule: Game schedules will be available once our basketball league (Notre Dame Don Bosco) has completed their scheduling for all teams. Typically the first week of the season starts on the first or second weekend in December with games held on Saturdays, and occasionally on Sundays. Teams will also enter in 1-2 tournaments during the season, which may include weeknight games.
Practice Location: Freedom Hall Gyms
Team Information: Depending on the number of athletes registered in each Level, athletes may go through evaluations for proper team placement during the first week of practice. In Levels 5 and 6, if two teams are formed, teams will be divided evenly based on ability and experience. In Levels 7 and 8, if two teams are formed, teams will be grouped together based on ability and experience.
Uniform Information: All players will receive a practice top and a reversible game jersey and short.
