Jon Kahle, current Upper School Teacher and Coach, has been
named Head Football Coach at Brookfield Academy. Coach Kahle is in
his third year of teaching at Brookfield
Academy and has served on the varsity football staff for the last
three seasons.
Coach Kahle has a master's degree in educational administration
from Providence College. He has coached at the freshman, junior
varsity and varsity level for the last eight years. Before coaching
at Brookfield Academy, Coach Kahle served as varsity assistant and
offensive coordinator at St. Raphael Academy in Pawtucket, Rhode
Island. In 2007, St. Raphael won the Rhode Island Division I State
Championship while Coach Kahle was a member of the staff. His past
experiences at St. Raphael and Brookfield Academy have given him a
solid understanding of the game and will assist him in building and
sustaining the football program at Brookfield Academy.
Within the next few weeks, Coach Kahle will contact you regarding
a future parent meeting to discuss the upcoming season. He will
provide you with some important dates so athletes can schedule
summer weight room sessions and the summer football camp
